Moody Ocean was inspired by the frequent ocean storms Grand Manan is renowned for. You will feel calm and relaxed in this beautifully decorated cottage. Moody Ocean is now equipped with a private electric hot tub! Come and enjoy the serene oceanfront views from the comfort of a steaming hot tub!

This brand new cottage was built in Summer 2022 and features a large open concept kitchen and living area, two bedrooms, deluxe bathroom. Your balcony door opens to a patio with a sectional sofa, dining table and BBQ with oceanfront views.

Each cottage features a large, open concept kitchen and living room, two bedrooms on opposite sides of the cottage and one bathroom. Your balcony door opens to a patio area with magnificent oceanfront views. Lots of windows optimize the view and natural light with high ceilings for plenty of luxurious space. Each cottage is equipped with a heat pump for both heating and air conditioning to ensure your comfort. There is a pull-out sectional which will provide an additional sleeping place for extra guests.

This cottage is pet friendly. We provide locally made dog treats, bed, bowls, doggie bags, towels and a sheet to put on furniture. Please see our pet policy for our pet rules.

The kitchens is fully equipped to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen island serves as a functional food prep area, storage area and dining area. We have selected hand forged knives and cutlery and handmade custom made ceramic mugs from Kay Ceramics. We will be offering locally roasted coffee, as well as cooking essentials (such as: salt, pepper, oil, sugar, etc.). Stainless steel appliances will give the kitchen a sleek and clean look.

There is a king bed in one bedroom and a queen in the second bedroom with high-end Simmons mattresses ensuring a good sleep by the sea. All beds are outfitted with high quality white cotton linens.

We have brought the spa to our bathrooms, this cottage features a double rainfall shower heads, LED mirrors, soft white cotton towels, a hair dryer and locally made soaps.

Outdoor amenities include:

- A private deck with a privacy fence, lighting, and patio furniture including a couch set with a dining height table.

- BBQ with side burner (you are welcome to cook your lobsters on them) and BBQ utensils.

- Private fire pit at each cottage with lights and picnic tables along the coastline

Other cottage amenities include:

- Each cottage has a washer/dryer unit for guest use.

- Living room features a wall mounted 50” LED 4k Smart TV.
