Funky Sunset - Pet Friendly, 2 Bedroom Oceanfront Cottage

Funky Sunset Cottage was inspired by the beautiful sunsets that can be seen from Grand Manan. Purples, deep yellows, pinks and blues will make you feel serene in this funky and tasteful space.

This brand new cottage was built in Summer 2022 and features a large open concept kitchen and living area, two bedrooms, deluxe bathroom. Your balcony door opens to a patio with a sectional sofa, dining table and BBQ with oceanfront views.

Pet friendly, family friendly and great amenities included.

Each cottage features a large, open concept kitchen and living room, two bedrooms on opposite sides of the cottage and one bathroom. Your balcony door opens to a patio area with magnificent oceanfront views. Lots of windows and rectangular windows above optimize the view and natural light with high ceilings for plenty of luxurious space. Each cottage is equipped with a heat pump for both heating and air conditioning to ensure your comfort.

This cottage is pet friendly. We provide locally made dog treats, bed, bowls, doggie bags, towels and a sheet to put on furniture. Please see our pet policy for our pet rules.

The kitchen is fully equipped to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen island serves as a functional food prep area, storage area and dining area. We have selected hand forged knives and cutlery and handmade custom made ceramic mugs from Kay Ceramics. We offer locally roasted coffee, as well as cooking essentials (such as: salt, pepper, oil, sugar, etc.). Stainless steel appliances will give the kitchen a sleek and clean look.

There is a king bed in one bedroom and a queen in the second bedroom with high-end Simmons mattresses ensuring a good sleep by the sea. All beds are outfitted with high quality white cotton linens.

We have brought the spa to our bathrooms, this cottage features a double rainfall shower heads, LED mirrors, soft white cotton towels, a hair dryer and locally made soaps.

Outdoor amenities include:

- A patio with privacy fence, lighting, and patio furniture including a couch set with a dining height table.

- BBQ with side burner (you are welcome to cook your lobsters on them) and BBQ utensils.

- Private fire pit at each cottage with lights and picnic tables along the coastline

Other cottage amenities include:

- Each cottage has a washer/dryer unit for guest use.

- Living room will feature a wall mounted 50” LED 4k Smart TV.
