Inspired by the stunning sunsets of Grand Manan, Funky Sunset Cottage is a serene and stylish retreat designed for relaxation and comfort. With hues of purples, deep yellows, pinks, and blues, this tasteful space invites you to unwind and soak in the beauty of the island.

Built in Summer 2022, this brand-new oceanfront cottage features an open-concept design with a spacious kitchen, living area, two private bedrooms, and a deluxe bathroom. Step through the balcony doors to your private patio, complete with a sectional sofa, dining table, hot tub, and BBQ—all with magnificent oceanfront views.

Inside the Cottage:

• Bedrooms: One king-sized bed and one queen-sized bed, both outfitted with high-end Simmons mattresses and luxurious white cotton linens.
• Bathroom: Spa-like experience with double rainfall showerheads, LED mirrors, soft cotton towels, and amenities such as spare toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a functional island for prep and dining, hand-forged knives and cutlery, and custom-made ceramic mugs. We also provide:
  • Locally roasted coffee and instant decaf
  • Coffee grinder, French press, and kettle
  • Tea, sugar, sweeteners, and creamers
• Living Room: A cozy yet modern space with a 50” wall-mounted 4K Smart TV and ample natural light.
• Comfort: A heat pump provides both air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort.
