Inspired by the lush forests and abundant wildlife of Grand Manan, Cozy Forest Cottage offers a tranquil retreat perfect for unwinding after a day of beachcombing or exploring the island. This charming cottage features a cedar 2-person electric sauna, bringing a luxurious spa-like experience to your stay. *No children under 14 allowed in sauna.*

Cozy Forest can be rented without the sauna outside the months of July and August. Please message us for inquiries and bookings.

Inside the Cottage:

• Bedrooms: One king-sized bed and one queen-sized bed, both outfitted with high-end Simmons mattresses and premium white cotton linens for ultimate comfort.
• Bathroom: Spa-inspired with a lavish shower panel, LED mirror, soft cotton towels, and amenities such as spare toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, feminine hygiene products, and a hair dryer.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a functional island for prep and dining, and thoughtful touches, including:
  • Hand-forged knives and custom-made ceramic mugs
  • Locally roasted coffee, coffee grinder, French press, and kettle
  • Tea, sugar, sweeteners, creamers, and essential cooking staples (salt, pepper, oil, spices)
• Living Room: A cozy, modern space with a 50” wall-mounted 4K Smart TV and ample natural light.
• Comfort: A heat pump provides efficient heating and cooling for year-round comfort.

Outdoor Amenities:

• Deck: Features a privacy fence, lighting, and comfortable furniture for dining and relaxing.
• BBQ: Includes a side burner, BBQ utensils, and is perfect for grilling or cooking lobster.
• Fire Pit: Enjoy a private fire pit with nearby lighting, Adirondack chairs, and oceanfront picnic tables for cozy evenings under the stars.
