Cozy Forest - Hot Tub, 2 Bedroom Cottage

Cozy Forest Cottage was inspired by the beautiful forests and fauna on Grand Manan. This cottage will be warm and welcoming after a long day at the beach or exploring our beautiful island. We have added a 100% Canadian red cedar wood burning hot tub to Cozy Forest Cottage! Enjoy the picturesque views in your crackling and steamy private wood fire hot tub!

Each cottage features a large, open concept kitchen and living room, two bedrooms on opposite sides of the cottage and one bathroom. Your balcony door opens to a patio area with magnificent oceanfront views. Several large windows and rectangular windows above optimize the view and natural light with high ceilings for plenty of luxurious space. Each cottage is equipped with a heat pump for both heating and air conditioning to ensure your comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen island serves as a functional food prep area, storage area and dining area. We have selected hand forged knives and cutlery and handmade custom made ceramic mugs from Kay Ceramics. We offer locally roasted coffee, as well as cooking essentials (such as: salt, pepper, oil, sugar, etc.). Stainless steel appliances gives the kitchen a sleek and clean look.

There is a king bed in one bedroom and a queen in the second bedroom with high-end Simmons mattresses ensuring a good sleep by the sea. All beds are outfitted with high quality white cotton linens.

We have brought the spa to our bathrooms, this cottage features a lavish shower panel, LED mirror, soft white cotton towels, a hair dryer and locally made soaps from local businesses.

Outdoor amenities include:

- A private deck with a privacy fence, lighting, and patio furniture including a couch set with a dining height table.

- BBQ with side burner (you are welcome to cook your lobsters on them) and BBQ utensils.

- Private fire pit at each cottage with lights and picnic tables along the coastline

Other cottage amenities include:

- Each cottage has a washer/dryer unit for guest use.

- Living room will feature a wall mounted 50” LED 4k Smart TV.
