Built in Summer 2022, this bright and modern cottage features an open-concept kitchen and living area, two private bedrooms, and a deluxe spa-inspired bathroom. Step through the balcony doors to your private patio, complete with a sectional sofa, dining table, BBQ, and stunning oceanfront views.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a functional island for prep and dining, and thoughtful touches, including:
  • Hand-forged knives and custom-made ceramic mugs
  • Locally roasted coffee, coffee grinder, French press, and kettle
  • Tea, sugar, sweeteners, creamers, and essential cooking staples (salt, pepper, oil, spices)
• Living Room: A comfortable and modern space with a 50” wall-mounted 4K Smart TV and ample natural light.
• Comfort: A heat pump provides efficient heating and cooling for year-round comfort.
